Where do you live? Southville, Bristol

Occupation: Director and designer at Burnt Soul Clothing

What are you working on right now? We have lots of exciting things happening at the moment (some which are under wraps for now) but we’re mainly focusing on the launch of the sportswear and summer collections to be launched in March. I’m designing my own prints for the new lines which has been a massive learning curve but so worth it to be able to offer exclusive designs.

What was your childhood ambition? I’ve always wanted to make and design clothes. I remember always saying that if I didn’t make it as a designer then I’d either be a dream interpreter or want to work in a laundrette.

Do you have any odd creative rituals? No odd rituals that i can think of. I always start the day with a cup of tea and a flick through Instagram. If I’m on the verge of finishing a big project then the interns and I always celebrate with a bottle (or two) of Prosecco.

Describe your most inspiring working environment… Disco music, a constant supply of tea and being surrounded by gorgeous glittery fabrics to play with.

What are you obsessed with? Instagram, I LOVE it!

What’s on your bedside table? A few thriller novels, a pot of foreign coins and sometimes my kitten, Hoggle.

What’s your idea of luxury? Having someone else to plan meals and cook for me!
